Comprehensive Medical Evaluation

Care Across Texas — From the Comfort of Home

Not Sure Where to Start? Let’s Figure It Out Together.

Start with a comprehensive medical consultation, where we evaluate your symptoms, review your health history, and guide you toward the right care based on your individual needs.

At ReNuMi Medical Wellness, our Comprehensive Medical Evaluation is designed for patients who may not fit into one specific category or are unsure where to begin.

Whether you're managing chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes, experiencing symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, or feeling “off” without a clear cause, or simply want a thorough medical evaluation, this visit provides a comprehensive starting point.

During your consultation, we take the time to understand your concerns, review your medical history, and carefully assess your current medications. When appropriate, we order targeted laboratory testing to help guide diagnosis and treatment decisions.

From there, we develop a personalized plan and guide you toward the most appropriate next steps—whether that includes medical management, further evaluation, or referral to specialized care.

Medications and laboratory tests are not included in the visit fee.

Sara didn’t just prescribe a GLP-1 medication—she coached me through nutrition, exercise, and managing side effects. I’ve lost over 20 pounds without losing muscle and feel stronger than ever. She’s an amazing provider and teacher.

Kind Words from Our Patients

I booked a telehealth visit for a cold, but during the appointment I mentioned I had been feeling tired for years. Sara really listened and decided to run some tests. She found a thyroid issue and started me on the right treatment. Now I have my energy back and can finally exercise again.

I sought care for hormone replacement therapy, and Sara’s thorough evaluation revealed underlying thyroid dysfunction. With the right treatment plan, I feel like myself again. She understands women’s health deeply and provides holistic, personalized care. I’m incredibly thankful for her expertise.

I’m two years postmenopausal and had seen two providers before finding Sara. I felt confused and overwhelmed by different medication options. Sara carefully reviewed my labs, explained everything clearly, and started me on an affordable, FDA-approved hormone replacement therapy. Her visit fees were significantly more reasonable than what I had been quoted elsewhere. I’m so thankful my friend introduced me to her.
